IEHRA MEMBERSHIP
INFORMATION

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

A person may be considered for membership in the Association if:

 

  • An active employee or officer of a firm or company engaged in the independent or merchant energy business;

  • Knowledgeable of, responsible for, or engaged in human resources operations;

  • Properly applied to and been accepted by the IEHRA Association as an Associate Member in accordance with procedures established by the Association

 

If you meet the above requirements and wish to become a Member simply complete the information below and then hit the "Join" button.  There are no membership dues and the only requirement is active participation such as the annual conference, salary surveys, information surveys, and peer networking.

  • Annual Human Resource Energy Conference Industry

  • Compensation Survey

  • Ad hoc surveys with member peers

  • Networking and Dialogue

Periodically throughout the year, IEHRA associate members will request assistance with ad hoc surveys on topics such as overtime rules, benefit providers, performance management, talent management, etc.  Our team will coordinate the survey questionnaire and distribute to participating companies.

 

IEHRA membership provides continued networking year long, open dialogue to help with pressing issues, benchmarking or general advice with peer members.

 

Members have priority access to our Conference sponsors and speakers who provide assistance and subject knowledge expertise with recruiting, relocation, training, performance management and payroll and benefit administration, etc.
