2024 CONFERENCE FEES
Early Bird Conference Fee
$1195 (if submitted prior to June 28h)
Regular Conference Fee
$1295 after June 28th
$1395 After September 1st
Special Group Discount
First two conference registrants pay full price, the third person from the same organization may register at 50% discount.
The Conference fee includes all general sessions & breakouts, Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, Nashville themed Social event on Thursday evening at Friends in Low Places.
(Spouses/Guests are invited to attend the Welcome Reception, the Thursday Social Event at an additional cost of $400).
HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Nashville Downtown for conference participants at the discounted rate of $309 per night during the conference. This rate is also offered three days pre/post conference when available. Reservations for Friday, October 18th are limited and will be charged at a higher rate. Reservations may be made by calling the hotel @ 615-620-1000. Please mention that you are with the IEHRA Conference; make your reservation by September 15, 2024.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund (minus a $50 administrative fee) until September 1, 2024)

Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded (minus a $50 administrative fee) for cancellations received from September 2nd through October 1, 2024

Cancellations received after October 2nd are nonrefundable

Cancelled registrations may be carried forward to future conferences
