2024 CONFERENCE FEES
Early Bird Conference Fee
$1195 (if submitted prior to June 15th)
Regular Conference Fee
$1295 after June 15th
$1395 After September 1st
Special Group Discount
First two conference registrants pay full price, the third person from the same organization may register at 50% discount.
The Conference fee includes all general sessions & breakouts, Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, Nashville themed Social event on Thursday evening at Friends in Low Places. The fee is fully refundable if cancellation is received prior to 10/1/2024. (Spouses/Guests are invited to attend the Welcome Reception, the Thursday Social Event at an additional cost of $500).
HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Nashville Downtown for conference participants at the discounted rate of $309 per night during the conference. This rate is also offered three days pre/post conference when available. Reservations may be made by calling the hotel @ 615-620-1000. Please mention that you are with the IEHRA Conference; make your reservation by September 15, 2024 to ensure this rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund (minus a $50 administrative fee) until August 25, 2024)

Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded (minus a $50 administrative fee) for cancellations received from August 25 through September 30, 2024

Cancellations received after October 1 are nonrefundable

Cancelled registrations may not be carried forward to future conferences
