CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
Early Bird Conference Fee – $1100 (if submitted prior to June 30th); $1200 if registered before July 31, 2019
Regular Conference Fee (after August 1, 20189- $1250)
Special Group Discount: First two conference registrants pay full price, the third person from the same organization may register at no charge (3rd person for a 50% discount)
The Conference fee includes general sessions, Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, dinner and a Social event on Thursday evening. The fee is fully refundable if cancellation is received prior to 9/1/2019. (Spouses/Guests are invited to attend the Welcome Reception, the Thursday Social Event at an additional cost of $200).

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms have been reserved for conference participants at the discounted rate of $299.00 per night during the conference. This rate is also offered three days pre/post conference when available. Reservations may be made by calling the hotel @ 512-474-4777. Please mention that you are with the IEHRA Conference; make your reservation by August 25, 2019 to ensure this rate.

Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund (minus a $50 administrative fee) until August 25, 2019.

Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded (minus a $50 administrative fee) for cancellations received from August 25 through September 5, 2019.

Cancellations received after September 5, 2019, are nonrefundable

Cancelled registrations may not be carried forward to future conferences
